DISABLED STUDENT SERVICES
Disabled Student Services provides students with confidential advising and accommodation services in order to allow students with physical, mental, and learning disabilities to successfully complete their course of study at Rutgers University – Camden. The Advisor assists with and provides services, which may, but are not limited to include readers, special equipment, and note takers. The advisor acts as a signatory for special waivers. The advisor works with students, staff and administrators to enforce the American with Disabilities Act of 1990. The advisor provides for the confidential documentation and verification of student accommodations, and communicates with professors on campus regarding disabilities and accommodations.
