For undergraduate residents, the Rutgers – Camden Tower is convenient. Your room is within a five – minute walk of the entire campus. You are close to the PATCO Hi Speed Line that puts you in center city Philadelphia in ten minutes. You are a block away from the RiverLine which makes its way to Trenton and connections north.

The Camden Waterfront is almost right at your door step – the Tweeter Center, the Adventure Aquarium, the Battleship NJ, the Children’s Garden, Wiggin’s Park and the Camden Riversharks.

Every resident room is wired for the university internet service and for cable service.

All residents can choose from several flexible meal plan options when dining in the university’s nearest dining hall just across the street from your room.

The resident hall staff and resident student assistants provide recreational, social, educational and cultural events and activities throughout the academic year.

Living on-campus, away from home, can be one of the most memorable experiences of your college years.

Types of Contracts Offered

Academic Contract: Selecting this contract type permits occupancy beginning in late August or early September and ending 24 hours after last final exam or Commencement in May. Under this contract, students are not permitted access to the residence hall the week between Christmas and New Years, and the week of Spring Break.

Summer Contract: We offer several options to meet your needs during the summer. You can select partial summer, whole summer, or can select a certain time frame that coincides with a particular class or program offered by the University. Please contact our office for more information about summer contract options.
